Lost Stones by Paul Rimmasch

Ammon and John are searching for the glowing stones that guided the brother of Jared across the ocean--but for very different reasons. Joined by John's daughter, Sariah, they get more than they bargained for as they learn they aren't the only ones searching for these precious artifacts. This thrilling adventure will have your whole family racing to the last page.

My review:
I was extremly impressed with The Lost Stones. It's a fabulous mix of action, romance, and history. I learned about archeology and Book of Mormon history that I didn't know but the author did a great job of not slowing the pace too much to share the information with the reader. I really loved the hero and heroine. He was tough, capable, and willing to defend her, but she was just as tough and most of the time didn't need his protection! I knew I liked her when she knocked some guy out cold with a bottle. I would definitely recommend this book, especially if you enjoy history.

I'll be giving away a copy of The Lost Stones in October. That sounds like a long time to wait but the time always goes too fast, doesn't it?
