Winter Blahs

How are you all surviving winter so far? Our little valley gets inversions and bitter cold so I struggle not getting depressed or just sitting around drinking hot cocoa all day! Luckily this year I have a really busy writing schedule (seven books due before June - yikes) and lots going on with the boys and lacrosse so it's kept me too crazy to consume as much hot cocoa as usual.
What do you do to keep busy and positive through the yucky days of winter?

  1. I live just outside of SLC and so far our inversion has not been bad. But the cold is another story! I always seem to be driving kids around so I would say heated seats in my car and a book on my kindle keep me from going crazy.
