Dog coach Cason O’Connor, with his easy-going manner and good looks shows up at just the wrong time and Zandra, ever-faithful to her husband, keeps her distance.

Cason quickly falls in love with the Curtis’s Mastiffs, but he’s careful about getting close to the attractive—but very married—owner. Having been hurt by a cheating fiancĂ©e, the last thing Cason wants is to cause problems for the young couple.

Can Zandra find a way to convince her husband to fight for their marriage? Or is she fighting the wrong fight altogether?

  1. Hello Cami, Hmmmm... Well here is my present story - My husband & I are both 56yrs old and 10yrs ago this coming June we rescued a 4yr old Golden Retriever/Cocker mix (Sweet Loving, Happy, Short fellow with reddish hair, cream dipped feet, cream chest, cream snout with Gorgeous reddish FRECKLES!!!) who Has Been the Heart,Love and JOY of our lives!!! His name is Buddy and he Has certainly been that & Waaay more. So, Buddy would have been 14yrs old this June. I say would have been because last weekend over Sat., Sun., & Mon. his legs just gave way and became progressively worse each day - regardless of the fact that Fri. he was jumping, spinning around flying up steps (Praising the Lord we caught that on film!!) and just being his AWESOME Puppy Acting Self!!! (No one could Believe his age whenever they met him!) That Mon. (April 24th) We took him to the vet (over weekend gave him doggie nausea meds because he wouldn't eat or take treats Soooo Glad we Did!) only to find out he had a slow growing brain tumor that had finally became So Big that he was going fast... Monday it began pressing on his left Optic nerve and his eyes began to move non-stop and our Precious, young, gentle vet whom Buddy Loved, said he was very nauseous as a result & Glad I had given anti-nausea med to him. However, we could not save him & had to let him go back to Heaven. I Cannot tell you How Awful this has been for us. We have never had to make that decision before and Pray God WILL be Merciful & Not ask that of us again...I share my story partly because I Just Needed to... & having Just found you & your stories in the Must Love Dog Series I Just Knew You Would Care...I guess you understand now how I found you -- I Love to read, haven't much in a while due to some health issues but NEEDED Some Sweet, HAPPY stories with dogs in them! Love romances, Christmas ones, Brides, inspirational and clean writing, So Here I Am! I signed up for your newsletters & while flipping thru recent entries I saw where JUST 10days ago on April 20th I Missed out on receiving the Must Love Dogs Series at no cost. I am wondering if there May Still be a way to receive them that way? I understand if not. I am looking forward to reading your books as I see Many that look Really Good & have been Highly reviewed. Bryan & I (Teresa) Would Sincerely Welcome Any Prayers you could send our way. Our hearts are Broken & my being home without "Boo" (nickname!) IS Very Hard (medically I am unable to work, though I have been Wishing I Still could for 5yrs now as I Enjoyed working all the years in the hospital Very Much - I Miss the people, too) & Bryan works LONG hours. Buddy was Just that to me (my buddy) & since we didn't get to have children Buddy Was that to us, too. Thank you for "Listening" as it is almost midnight as I write this and have been wandering around in Amazon & found you! In Christian Love, Teresa
